1974年出生於美國北達可塔州, 成長於維吉尼亞 Nelson County 的 Leslie Bibb 小名 Lulu, 三歲時父親就過世了, 與母親及三位姐姐一定搬到 Richmond小鎮, 高中就讀的是天主角女校 St. Gertrude 高中. 1990年, The Oprah Winfrey Show 與 Elite 經紀公司合作尋找模特兒選拔, Leslie 的母親將十六歲的她的照片寄過原, 當時的評審 John Casablancas, Naomi Campbell 及 Linda Evangelista 都對她印象深刻, 因此讓她贏得了比賽. 高二暑假, 她飛到紐約與 Elite 簽下合約, 並花了整個夏天走秀, 跟著到日本旅行.

1992年高中畢業後進入了維吉尼亞大學就讀, 經過一學期, Leslie 休學搬到紐約從事全職模特兒生涯, 她登上了各大雜誌封面, 包括 Maxim 及 FHM 等, 緊接著她上 William Esper 工作室進修表演三年的時間. Leslie 的第一個演出是在喜劇電影中「Private Parts」客串, 1999年在華納影集「Popular」中飾演主角 Brooke McQueen, 一連演出三季讓她受到歡迎, 也為她帶了「The Skulls」(聖堂風雲」、See Spot Run「天翻地覆」等電影中更多演出. 在影集「ER」(急診室的春天) 「Line Of Fire」及「Crossing Jordan」中都有相當不少戲份的表演.

2006年在喜劇片「Talladega Nights: The Ballad Of Ricky Bobby」(王牌飆風) 中飾演 Will Farrell 的妻子 Carley, 同年的「Wristcutters: A Love Story」(蠢愛三人行) 中演出 Desiree 一角. 2007年在「CSI: Miami」(CSI犯罪現場：邁阿密) 中客串演出兇手一角. 2008年的「Iron Man」(鋼鐵人) 中也客串 Vanity Fair 的記者 Christine Everhart 一角. 近期的作品還包括「Trick 'r Treat」中的 Emma, 「The Midnight Meat Train」(午夜人肉列中) 中的 Maya 及「Confessions Of A Shopaholic」(購物狂的異想世界) 中的 Alicia Billington.
